Flexible Workshop

Goals :

  • Design a plant or workshop since 2D Layout: position and set up of resources (limits, speed, etc)
  • Define robot tasks in a specific station, then launch simulation
  • Define Flow Simulation (Product path, activities, operation mode)
  • Define resources parameters: speed, capacities, batch, etc. (buffer, conveyors,)
  • Analyze performance, time process, detect bottlenecks and optimize process
  • Validate the behavior of the line
  • Virtual Commissioning: simulate digital model since a physical command
